Bethan - Chapter 1 - Book 1 - Scene 1

A conceptual side project by Denton's Jessi James you'll recognize from Novaak and other groups around DFW.
Early stages of the project came to life after producer Roger Greenawalt [Ben Kweller] caught a performance by Jessi at SXSW in 2010.

Greenawalt & James began writing and recording material that eventually became the 7 tracks that comprise "chapter 1" of the Bethan project.
Jessi returned to Texas after recording of the project was complete and formed the five piece band to support the EP.       Bethan has since opened for groups like Purity Ring, Eisley, Juliana Barwick, ANR, Daniel Hart and Tennis
