Most of you know that lead singer Dennis Coyne is the nephew of The Flaming Lips front man Wayne Coyne. If not then you're welcome.
The guys got together officially back in 2004 with three releases to their credit plus a cover of The Dark Side of the Moon in 2009 they worked on with The Flaming Lips, Henry Rollins.
Another interesting cover album SD&WD worked on in 2012 with The Flaming Lips, New Fumes, Linear Downfall and Spaceface titled: Playing Hide and Seek with the Ghosts of Dawn based on King Crimson's "In the Court of the Crimson King".
A new album is coming soon according to the bands facebook however you can stream their sweet beotch cover of Kendrick Lamar's "Bitch, Don't Kill My Vibe" they released last month!
